Thank you for using DRAMITKUMAR.IN. We aim to provide quality service, but because our product is a customized digital file, our refund policy is limited.

1. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are only offered if the PDF was not delivered or if there was a technical error in the generation process.
• Refund requests must be made within 3 days of purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

• Incorrect data was submitted in the form.
• You changed your mind after receiving the file.
• You requested a format or change not supported by the standard template.

3. How to Request a Refund

4. Processing Time

If approved, refunds will be processed and credited within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
